Every year, The Little Exchange donates its annual profits to The Children's Medical Center of Dayton. Since its start in 1950, The Little Ex (as it is affectionately known) has donated over $1 million to Dayton Children's. The Little Exchange Foundation currently supports the Family Resource Center (FRC). Located on the second floor of The Children's Medical Center, the FRC is a source of patient-family education materials including books, pamphlets, videotapes, audiotapes and internet access.
